What counts as a project?
A project is a single bid or proposal opportunity. Each RFP you work on counts as one project toward your plan limit. Viewing, editing tasks, and tracking compliance within existing projects never counts extra.
What happens when I run out of AI analyses?
You can purchase additional analyses à la carte (Starter: $2 each, Professional: $1.50 each), or upgrade your plan. Your projects and data are never affected — you just won't be able to trigger new AI analyses until you top up.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your data remains safe. You'll be prompted to choose a plan to continue creating new projects and running AI analyses. The Learning Center and all existing project data remain accessible.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
