BidIQ is a productivity and intelligence platform designed to help small businesses pursue contract opportunities. BidIQ does not guarantee contract awards, bid wins, or agency responses. Results vary based on opportunity fit, competition level, proposal quality, and agency decisions entirely outside our control.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BidIQ platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.
2. No Guarantee of Contract Awards
BidIQ is a tool to assist in your contracting efforts — it is not a guarantee of success. Specifically:
- BidIQ does not guarantee that you will win any contract, bid, or proposal
- BidIQ does not guarantee responses from any government agency, prime contractor, or private company
- AI-generated content (proposals, compliance matrices, analyses) is provided as a starting point and must be reviewed, validated, and approved by you before submission
- Opportunity matching is based on the information you provide and publicly available data; accuracy is not guaranteed
- Past performance of other platform users does not indicate or guarantee similar results for you
3. Not Legal or Procurement Advice
Nothing on BidIQ constitutes legal advice, procurement consulting, or regulatory guidance. All content — including AI-generated outputs, educational materials, live sessions, and community discussions — is for informational purposes only. You should consult qualified legal or procurement professionals for advice specific to your situation.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Free Trial: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start.
- Paid Plans: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@bidedge.com within 7 days of a charge to request a review.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and submissions
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations (including FAR/DFARS where applicable)
- Review and take full responsibility for all proposals and documents before submission to any agency or company
- Not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse platform data or AI tools
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
6. AI-Generated Content
BidIQ uses AI models to assist with proposal writing, RFP analysis, compliance matrices, and opportunity research. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors
- You are solely responsible for verifying and approving all AI-generated content before use
- BidIQ is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content
7. Intellectual Property
The BidIQ platform, including its design, features, educational content, and software, is owned by BidIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written permission. Content you create using the platform (proposals, documents) belongs to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidIQ and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes lost contracts, lost revenue, or missed opportunities. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Community & Acceptable Use
BidIQ includes community forums and discussion features. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, spam, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these standards.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
